Terms of Use
VIBRA pilot — a plain-language agreement. Updated 17.07.2026.

AI-generated music

All music on VIBRA is created by artificial intelligence from your text or voice request. Every AI song carries an inaudible watermark identifying it as AI-made. It cannot be removed.

Your rights to songs

You may listen to, download (on paid plans) and use generated songs, including commercially. Songs are not exclusive: VIBRA may serve the same or a similar song to other users — the shared catalog is what keeps the music affordable.

What is not allowed

Do not use VIBRA to imitate real artists or their voices, to reproduce copyrighted lyrics or melodies, or to violate anyone’s rights. Our AI provider’s prohibited-use policy applies to every generation.

Demo sound

Category cards and the sample mode play a free sound made right in your browser — it is a taste of the idea, not a real VIBRA song. Real songs are created in the Studio.

Likes shape the catalog

Your likes promote songs; a dislike removes the song from your library and may remove it from the shared catalog entirely.

Pilot limits

VIBRA is in pilot: there is a limit on how many songs you can order per day, albums may come out partly finished, and features can change. Paid plans and quotas arrive with the official launch.

Privacy

Your requests are processed by our AI provider on a paid tier — they are not used to train AI models. Your songs are stored in the cloud; personal accounts and full history arrive in a later stage.

Age and changes

VIBRA is for users aged 18+ (or with a parent’s consent). We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site.
