AI-generated music
All music on VIBRA is created by artificial intelligence from your text or voice request. Every AI song carries an inaudible watermark identifying it as AI-made. It cannot be removed.
Your rights to songs
A song is given to you for personal, non-commercial use. Listen as much as you like right in the browser, and when paid plans arrive you will be able to download the file and listen offline — in the car, on a plane, on a run. You can set it as a ringtone, put it in your own home video, share it with people close to you. What you may not do is earn from it: advertising, monetised videos, commercial projects, selling the song or passing it off as your own work. The rights to the songs stay with VIBRA. A song is made for you but is not reserved for you: another listener may get a similar one.
What is not allowed
Do not use VIBRA to imitate real artists or their voices, to reproduce copyrighted lyrics or melodies, or to violate anyone’s rights. Our AI provider’s prohibited-use policy applies to every generation.
What plays on the home page
The cards on the home page play real VIBRA songs from the shared catalog. Songs are created in the Studio.
Likes shape the showcase
A heart puts a song on the showcase on the home page; thumbs down takes it out of your library, and if several people vote against it the song leaves the showcase. It is not deleted from the catalog and stays with whoever created it.
Pilot limits
VIBRA is in pilot: there is a limit on how many songs you can order per day, albums may come out partly finished, and features can change. Paid plans arrive with the official launch.
Privacy
Your requests are not used to train the AI. Songs live in the cloud and, once you sign in, are available to you on any device. What we collect and who sees it is set out in the privacy policy.
Age and changes
VIBRA is for users aged 18+ (or with a parent’s consent). We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site.
Who you are buying from
VIBRA is operated by Hadas Stav, a licensed sole trader (osek murshe) registered in Israel, business ID 038090270, at Lilach 13, Lod. Questions about an order, a refund or these terms: support@vibramusic.online. Payments are handled by an authorised payment provider, which sells the subscription to you as merchant of record and issues your receipt. Its name is shown at checkout and on the receipt.
