Refund Policy

When we give money back, and how to ask. Plain language. Updated 26.08.2026.

14 days to change your mind

If you bought a paid plan and it turns out not to be for you, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we refund it in full, as long as you have created no more than three songs on that plan. Three is meant to be enough to hear what VIBRA does before you decide.

After that, cancel any time

You can cancel a subscription whenever you like, from your account page. It keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. We do not refund the unused part of a period that has already begun.

If something went wrong on our side

This is separate from the 14 days and has no time limit. If a song fails to generate, its credit returns to your account by itself. If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, tell us and we return the money in full however long ago it happened.

How to ask

Write through the Support page on this site, from the email address you bought with, and say what you bought and why you want the money back. We answer within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the same card or account you paid with, where they usually appear within five to ten business days.

Who takes the payment

Payments are handled by our payment provider, the merchant of record for VIBRA: legally the provider sells the subscription to you, and its name is what appears on your statement — the same name you see at checkout. You can ask for a refund from us or from the provider directly — either way it reaches the same place.

Your rights under the law

Nothing on this page reduces the rights the law gives you where you live. Consumers in the EU and the UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase; where that right applies it stands alongside this policy, and whichever is more generous to you is the one that counts.
